Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific time are usually prepared for shipment within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Standard: $8.00 flat rate, delivered in an estimated 4–6 business days
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $100.00 or more
- Express: $15.00 flat rate, delivered in an estimated 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates start once your order ships and are also shown at checkout. Carrier delays outside our control can occasionally occur.
Free local delivery
Free local delivery, with no minimum order, is available to addresses in Salinas (ZIP codes 93901, 93902, 93905, 93906, 93908, 93912 and 93915), Spreckels (93962) and Monterey (93940, 93941, 93943 and 93944). If your address is in this area, “Local Delivery” appears as an option at checkout. Local pickup is not available.
Damaged, lost or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, or your package does not arrive, contact us at info@blissballoonsdesign.com or call (831) 229-7514 and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
Balloon decor services
Event balloon decorations (arches, walls, garlands and installations) are delivered and installed by our team in Salinas and Monterey County. Delivery and setup details are confirmed with you when you book through our contact page.
